John C. Daly is a Florida-based attorney, entrepreneur, and managing partner of Daly Law Group and PIP Portal Law Group, where he has earned a reputation for legal innovation, strategic leadership, and results-driven advocacy.
Mr. Daly has been a practicing attorney since 2012 and has managed thousands of litigation cases, including numerous matters tried to jury verdict. His practice focuses on commercial insurance litigation and complex medical provider representation. Under his leadership, Daly Law Group has become recognized for combining legal precision with technology-driven efficiency to deliver outstanding results for clients across Florida.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Daly successfully launched and operated two entrepreneurial ventures — DB Prime Air, a private aviation company, and DB Prime Property, a commercial real estate and development firm. Both businesses achieved notable success under his leadership, reflecting his ability to identify opportunities, manage complex operations, and build high-performing teams before he transitioned full-time to focus on his growing legal enterprises.
A proud graduate of the University of Florida and Florida Coastal School of Law, Mr. Daly served as Student Body President, a role that reflected his lifelong commitment to leadership and civic engagement.
Mr. Daly’s dedication to public service includes his appointment to Governor-elect Ron DeSantis’ Transition Team Advisory Committee on Governmental Operations, where he contributed to initiatives focused on improving transparency and efficiency in Florida’s government. He also serves on the 17th Judicial Circuit Professionalism Panel, which oversees and promotes attorney professionalism within the legal community.
In addition, Mr. Daly serves as the Florida Chair of the America First Business Council for the America First Policy Institute, a national organization committed to advancing entrepreneurship, strengthening American businesses, and promoting policies that foster economic growth and innovation across the United States.
Since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2012, Mr. Daly has led with integrity, innovation, and vision—earning recognition as both a respected attorney and a forward-thinking business leader dedicated to excellence in law, enterprise, and public service.
