Kelly Daly, Business Relations & Operations Director
Kelly Daly has been working with the firm for eight years. She has collaborated with the firm’s leadership to perfect the collections process, tailoring it to the clients’ needs and focusing on creating a positive experience for the provider. Reliable, honest and friendly, she is able to answer any question you may have about working with our law firm and is a great resource to our clientele.
Kelly graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in public relations and event management. She has previous communications experience in both healthcare marketing, as well as in the non-profit sector.
Jared Maddox, Business Development Director
Jared Maddox operates out of Daly & Barber, P.A.’s Tampa location where he lives with his wife and their two children. Jared believes in forming long-lasting relationships with our clients by exceeding expectations in every way possible.
In addition to managing our Tampa team, Jared’s focus is on nurturing both our client and community relationships. Jared’s prior experience in healthcare technology helps him relate to our providers’ needs and allows him to deliver excellence when it comes to PIP recovery.
Jared holds both a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biomedical Sciences and a Masters in Public Health from the University of South Florida in Tampa.
